Welcome to CelebSimulation. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website course.celebsimulation.com ("Site") and the digital course product The Viral Blueprint ("Course") operated by CelebSimulation ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Course.

1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICE

CelebSimulation provides a digital educational course on AI content creation, viral marketing strategies, and social media growth. The Course includes video modules, downloadable PDF resources, prompt templates, and other digital materials delivered through our online platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or access the Course. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

When you purchase the Course, an account is automatically created using the email address you provide during checkout. You will receive your login credentials via email. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change the price of the Course at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

5. INSTANT ACCESS & NO REFUND POLICY

Because the Course is a digital product with instant access granted immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You receive immediate and full access to all Course materials upon payment
  • Due to the instantly accessible nature of digital content, your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery
  • This policy is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), which permits exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered with the consumer's prior express consent

6. COURSE ACCESS & LIFETIME UPDATES

Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the Course as long as the platform remains operational. "Lifetime access" means for the commercial life of the product. We may update, modify, or improve Course content at our discretion, and you will receive these updates at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to discontinue the platform with reasonable notice (minimum 90 days). In such an event, downloadable Course materials will be made available for you to save.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Course content — including but not limited to videos, text, images, PDFs, prompt templates, frameworks, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of CelebSimulation and is protected by copyright law.

You may:

  • Access and use the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning
  • Apply the strategies and techniques you learn to your own projects

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Course materials with others
  • Resell, sublicense, or create derivative products from the Course content
  • Upload Course materials to any file-sharing platform or public website
  • Share your login credentials or allow others to access the Course through your account
  • Record, screen-capture, or otherwise duplicate video content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure

The Course may reference third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Instagram, Leonardo AI). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these services. Their availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice from us.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For material changes that affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
